OKAB Startup Mentoring

As OKAB, we offer a mentoring program for start-ups to contribute to the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

With this program, you will have the opportunity to have Q&A meetings and exchange ideas on critical issues such as the formation of your startup's business model, how you can strengthen its legal infrastructure, issues to be considered in investment processes and protection of your intellectual property rights, strategic competitive planning.

This program is led by Oğuz Kara, the founder of our office. 

​

 

With 12 years of experience as a lawyer and as a legal and business consultant in Turkey and Germany, Oğuz Kara has extensive knowledge in the field of startup law. Oğuz Kara taught startup law courses at Kültür University between 2020-2023, and he has been working as an entrepreneur mentor in leading organizations such as ITU Çekirdek and TeknoPark Istanbul.

Lawyer Oğuz Kara is a columnist for Milliyet Newspaper and is also known for his published novels and law books. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in digital transformation management at XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam and in commercial law at Yeditepe University.
